Armory Dynamics warrants to you, the original purchaser of a new Armory Dynamics product, that from the date of purchase, your Armory Dynamics product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Some limitations may apply.
What is not covered by this warranty?
We will not cover damage of your firearm or product caused by:
- Failure to provide proper care and maintenance
- Improper installation
- Accidents, abuse or misuse
- Barrel obstruction
- Hand loaded, reloaded or improper ammunition
- Unauthorized adjustments, repairs, changes or modifications*
- Normal wear and tear
What will Armory Dynamics do if you discover a defect?
To make a warranty claim, the original owner must contact Armory Dynamics directly. You must provide the applicable serial number, place of purchase and copy of sale receipt. We will, at our option, evaluate for repair or defect(s); Manufacture defects will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. If we send you a new product or firearm, we will keep the defective one.
What is excluded from this warranty?
Armory Dynamics excludes and will not pay incidental or consequential damages under this warranty. By this we mean any loss, expense or damages other than to repair the defects in the product or firearm or replace the product or firearm. No implied warranties extend beyond the term of this written warranty. Armory Dynamics is not responsible for shipping cost to send the item in for factory warranty repair or replacement. When sending an item in you must maintain a copy of any applicable serial numbers, shipping information and tracking numbers.
Armory Dynamics does not warranty or imply a warranty for any other manufactures products.
*If an item does not work with another manufactures products any modification to make an item fit or work with will void any warranty.
